Meet the Team
Claire Lord
Claire is the Licensee and Director who has over 23 years Real Estate Experience in the Sales and Property Management.
Claire first entered Real Estate at the age of 18 working for a prestigious overseas national corporate brand, quickly becoming the top performer for properties negotiated and sold.
She was a top performer working in two city centre branches and enjoyed selling many interesting and diverse properties.
Fully bitten by the Real Estate bug; Claire went onto complete a Real Estate Management degree graduating with honours.
After graduation Clare was head hunted as the lead Valuer and office manager for a Boutique office.
When emigrating to Perth some 10 years ago, Claire ventured into Property Management working in the Western Suburbs for a Boutique office and was soon in a Senior Management role. She assisted in Residential Sales and had a wonderful property management portfolio including many luxury properties.
Claire loves all things property and is thrilled to be the founder of Blue Wren Real Estate providing the very best outcomes for her clients.
